I have repeatedly learned that when I am afraid, it is because I have believed a lie or have failed to understand the truth behind that fear and its LIE.

Self-Condemnation (i.e. self-abuse) is a control issue, just as is true of anyone who condemns or abuses someone else.
STOP Being a Victim
Here I realized how important it is to place greater weight on the FACTS in my life and on my FAITH in what is Good & True. Acknowledge my feelings, but don't make any significant decisions based on feelings alone.

My Story
Frustrated by the fickleness of my human nature, I write. It is how I have worked through and found within, my faith, my humanity, and my happiness. My relationships with my husband of 47+ years, my children, grandchildren, and close friends have taught me to challenge the truth within myself and deeply value all that is good, true, and honorable. Earlier in my life, false beliefs and self-deceptions caused me personally painful outcomes.
The wonders of nature call me to enjoy gardening and outdoor activities. I finds adventure in personal challenges, project research, reading historical memoir, and entertaining as well as travelling with my husband, family, and friends.
Realizing Happiness: A Workbook Series with Reflections to Help You Realize Your Brand of Happiness was born from a particularly difficult time in my life. It is a product of my journey and reflections on the Self-Work, Choices, Habits and Actioning that life has required of me in order to be a whole, happy person in today’s world.
